Прорабатывается вопрос индексации водного налога -Rates of the water tax can index.

Министр природных ресурсов и экологии Сергей Донской предложил проиндексировать ставки водного налога и платы за пользование водными объектами, а также расширить перечень водопользователей, являющихся плательщиками. С такой инициативой он выступил на заседании Правительства РФ.

       Сергей Донской отметил, что с 2004 года в стране не индексировалась ставка платы за воду и ставки водного налога. Индексация ставок, по расчетам министерства, принесет 13–15 млрд. рублей дополнительных поступлений в бюджетную систему в год, которые можно было направить на реализацию программы по развитию водохозяйственного комплекса. В этой связи Сергей Донской обратился к председателю Правительства РФ Дмитрию Медведеву с просьбой поручить Минприроды и Минфину проработать данный вопрос.

With such initiative it has acted at session of the Government of the Russian Federation. Sergey Donsky has noticed that since 2004 in the country the rate of a payment for water and the rate of the water tax was not indexed. Indexation of rates, by ministry calculations, will bring 13-15 billion roubles of additional receipts in budgetary system in a year which it was possible to direct on program realisation on development of a water economic complex. Thereupon Sergey Donsky has addressed to the chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev with the request to charge to Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources and the Ministry of Finance to work this point in question.
