Бывшие сотрудники Bosco Sport обвинили компанию и ее руководителя Петра Цанаву в несоблюдении трудового законодательства при оформлении отпусков и выплате зарплаты. Столичная Госинспекция по труду обязала Цанаву и ООО "Боско Спорттовары" выплатить штрафы. Однако топ-менеджер с этими постановлениями не согласен и подал встречный иск.
Петр Цанава, глава компании-производителя олимпийской одежды ООО "Боско Спорттовары", ведет тяжбу с Госинспекцией по труду г. Москвы. Топ-менеджер оспаривает постановления о штрафах на его имя и имя компании, принятые надзорным органом еще в феврале этого г.. Предлогом для наказания рублем стали жалобы 3-х работников компании.
Двоим из них на несколько недель задержали выплату отпускных и не компенсировали задержку. III их коллега на протяжении длительного периода не мог получить расчет, положенный при увольнении; компенсация за задержку тоже не была перечислена в срок. Надзорный орган счел топ-менеджера и компанию ООО "Боско Спорттовары" виновными в нарушении трудового законодательства и оштрафовал лично Петра Цанаву на 1,6 тысячи руб., а компанию - на 30,6 тысячи руб.. Хотя управленец не согласился со штрафами и решил опротестовать постановления в суде. Слушания произойдут в начале июля. Петр Цанава требует полной отмены постановлений. Нужно заметить, что инспекция присудила господину Цанаве и самой компании вполне "мягкие" штрафы. Так, за описанные нарушения по КОАП должностному лицу грозит штраф в размере от 5 до 50 минимальных размеров оплаты усилий - составляет от 23 тысячи руб. до 230,5 тысячи руб.. Юрлицам за невыплату компенсаций и задержку зарплаты и расчета грозит штраф от 300 до 500 минимальных размеров оплаты усилий - то есть от 1,3 миллиона до 2,3 миллиона руб..

Though the manager has disagreed with penalties and has decided to protest decisions in court. Hearings will occur in the beginning of July. Peter Tsanava demands full cancellation of decisions. It is necessary to notice that inspection has awarded to mister Tsanave and the company quite "soft" penalties. So, for the described infringements on КОАП the official is threatened with the penalty at the rate from 5 till 50 minimum sizes of payment of efforts - makes from 23 thousand rbl. to 230,5 thousand руб. Legal persons for nonpayment of indemnifications and a salary and calculation delay are threatened with the penalty from 300 till 500 minimum sizes of payment of efforts - that is from 1,3 million to 2,3 million руб.
