Минфин может снова вернуться к тому, чтобы сумму ограничения наличных расчетов в 600 тыс. рублей прописать законодательно, отказавшись от идеи наделить ЦБ РФ функциями по ограничению наличных расчетов.

      В прошлом году Минфин представил законопроект, согласно которому наличные расчеты с участием физлиц на сумму свыше 600 тысяч рублей должны производиться безналичным способом. Позднее Минфин предложил наделить полномочиями по ограничению наличных расчетов ЦБ РФ.

   «Думаю, скорее всего, нам придется отступать от позиции, что Банк России определяет (ограничения), и вернуться на позицию, что в законе будет записана цифра 600 тысяч», — сказал Алексей Моисеев, уточнив, что соответствующие изменения в законопроект будут внесены в рамках его рассмотрения в Госдуме.

Later the Ministry of Finance has suggested to allocate with powers on restriction of cash calculations of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. «I think, most likely, we should recede from a position that the Bank of Russia defines (restrictions), and to return on a position that in the law figure 600 of thousand» will be written down, — Alexey Moiseyev has told, having specified that respective alterations will be brought in the bill within the limits of its consideration in the State Duma.
