Приказ об утверждении новой книги учета доходов и расходов по упрощенке находится на регистрации в Минюсте С 1 января 2013 года «упрощенцам», скорее всего, нужно будет применять новую книгу учета доходов и расходов. По нашей информации, приказ Минфина России от 22.10.12 № 135н об утверждении данной книги в настоящее время находится на регистрации в Минюсте. Официального подтверждения этих данных пока нет.
