Мошенники, используя наименование ВАС РФ, требуют от граждан и компаний погасить «задолженность» ВАС РФ сообщает о действиях мошенников, которые используют наименования ВАС РФ. В настоящее время в Высший Арбитражный Суд Российской Федерации в массовом порядке поступают обращения граждан и представителей организаций, к которым обратились «заместитель директора Юридической коллегии Высшего Арбитражного Суда Российской Федерации В.А. Горелов» или «заместитель директора Юридической коллегии Высшего Арбитражного Суда Российской Федерации С.В. Блинов» с требованием погасить задолженность. Гражданам и организациям предлагается перечислить денежную сумму на указанный в письмах депозитный счет.


   Аналогичные требования поступают гражданам также и от «Комиссии по контролю и аудиту при Высшем Арбитражном Суде Российской Федерации». Письма содержат угрозы применения санкций в случае неисполнения требований. ВАС РФ сообщает, что не занимается вопросами выплаты компенсаций, взыскания задолженности, применения санкций в отношении физических и юридических лиц. В организационной структуре Высшего Арбитражного Суда Российской Федерации нет Юридической коллегии, равно как и Комиссии по контролю и аудиту. В этой связи ВАС РФ просит граждан и компании быть бдительными и не идти на поводу у мошенников.
