Минтруд назвал список оснований для отказа в приеме формы РСВ-1

Новый регламент ПФР по приему от страхователей расчетов по начисленным и уплаченным взносам (утв. приказом Минтруда от 22.10.2012 № 329н и зарегистрированный Минюстом 9 апреля) содержит четкий список оснований, по которым в приеме расчетов могут отказать.


   Отчетность не примут, если в ней отсутствует подпись (усиленная квалифицированная подпись) или печать (для организаций), если отчет не соответствует установленной форме или если у представителя страхователя нет доверенности. Помешают сдать отчетность также ошибки на диске или отсутствие файла расчета на диске.

New regulations ПФР on reception from insurers of calculations on the added and paid payments (утв. The order of Ministry of Labor from 10/22/2012 № 329н and registered by Ministry of Justice on April, 9th) contains the accurate list of the bases on which reception of calculations can refuse. The reporting will not accept, if in it there is no signature (the strengthened qualified signature) or the press (for the organisations) if the report does not correspond to the established form or if the representative of the insurer does not have power of attorney. Will prevent to hand over the reporting also errors on a disk or absence of a file of calculation on a disk.
