На объединенной бирже ММВБ-РТС произошел сбой программного обеспечения, который на 30 минут вывел из строя "Московскую биржу". Специалистам удалось исправить ошибки программ относительно быстро по сравнению с апрельским сбоем 2012 года, когда биржа перестала функционировать на целых 4 часа. Сейчас валютные торги были прерваны всего на полчаса.


   С тех пор работа "Московской биржи" идет в обычном режиме. Причиной сбоя в работе, по сообщению на официальном сайте "Московской биржи", является ошибка во взаимодействии системного и прикладного программного обеспечения. "Благодаря применению технологии дополнительного ("теплого") резервирования, доступность торговой системы была восстановлена специалистами биржи в течение 30 минут", - говорится в сообщении. Работа биржи была приостановлена в 15:50 по московскому времени.

   Спустя полчаса в соответствии с правилами проведения торгов на валютном рынке "участникам было предоставлено время для снятия выставленных ранее заявок". В 16.22 участники могли отменить свои сделки, а уже в 16:40 работа "Московской биржи" продолжилась в штатном режиме. Организация извинилась за доставленные неудобства и пообещала исправить ошибки в программном обеспечении. "В настоящее время биржа проводит консультации с поставщиком системного программного обеспечения", - заверили представители финансовой платформы. Это первый технический сбой на торгах "Московской биржи" после проведения IPO и второй сбой на валютном рынке после объединения ММВБ и РТС. Акции самой биржи на сбой не отреагировали, сообщает "Интерфакс". В предыдущий раз технический сбой на валютном рынке был 14 ноября 2012 года. Тогда торги были приостановлены в 15:58, а технический перерыв продлился более 2,5 часа. Торговая система валютного рынка стала доступна участникам торгов для снятия заявок в 18:30, торги были возобновлены в 18:40.

   Причиной сбоя стала рассинхронизация данных между основным и резервным контурами торговой системы валютного рынка. После этого сбоя на валютном рынке в ноябре прошлого года биржа проводила обновление программного обеспечения валютного рынка, чтобы ликвидировать ошибку. Также напомним, что 23 апреля была объявлена чрезвычайная ситуация на объединенной бирже ММВБ-РТС. Тогда возникли проблемы с отображением заявок и сделок в основном секторе фондового рынка. Поток данных с основного сектора фондового рынка прекратился в 17:41, а возобновились торги лишь в 21:50. В июне 2012 года произошел сбой одного из биржевых роботов.

   Сломавшийся электронный трейдер на срочном рынке FORTS объединенной биржи ММВБ-РТС помог другим участникам за две минуты заработать до 4,3 миллиона долларов. Убыток владельца этого "взбесившегося" робота составил не менее двух миллионов долларов. А отмену "ошибочных" сделок представители биржи проводить не стали, по их словам, "каждый участник сам отвечает за своего робота, за его и свои действия".
