Министерство труда и социальной защиты представило проект новой справки о сумме заработной платы, которую обязан выдать работодатель при увольнении работника или по заявлению бывшего работника.
Форма справки дополнена четвертым пунктом — в нем указывается количество дней, приходящихся на периоды временной нетрудоспособности, отпуска по уходу за ребенком и период освобождения работника от работы с полным или частичным сохранением зарплаты, если на сохраняемую зарплату страховые взносы в ФСС не начислялись. Напомним, что в 2013 году при расчете декретных и «детских» пособий указанные периоды нужно исключать из расчетного периода.
The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection has presented the project of the new inquiry on the sum of a salary which the employer is obliged to give out at dismissal of the worker or under the statement of the former worker.
The inquiry form is added by the fourth point — in it the quantity of the days having for the periods of time invalidity, holiday on care of the child and the period of clearing of the worker from work with full or partial preservation of the salary if for the kept salary insurance payments in ФСС were not charged is underlined. Let's remind that in 2013 at calculation of established by decree and "children's" grants the specified periods need to be excluded from the settlement period.
