ГИБДД не будет передавать в ФНС информацию о ценах сделок купли-продажи автомобилей - The traffic police will not transfer in ФНС the information on the prices of transactions of purchase and sale of cars

На сайте ГИБДД опубликован пресс-релиз, в котором опровергается информация о том, что органы ГИБДД будут предоставлять в налоговые органы сведения о цене сделки в случае смены владельца транспортного средства на основании договора купли-продажи. Напомним, указанную информацию содержала первоначальная версия пресс-релиза, размещенного на сайте Федеральной налоговой службы. ГИБДД уточняет, что по итогам совместного совещания представителей ФНС и ГИБДД действительно была достигнута договоренность о проработке вопроса о внесении изменений в порядок информационного взаимодействия.



   Предполагается дополнить передаваемые в налоговые органы сведения имеющейся в ГИБДД информацией о сделках купли-продажи транспортных средств. Сейчас налоговая служба получает такую информацию от участников самих сделок.

Now the tax service receives such information from participants of transactions.
