Минфин поддерживает предложение наделить ЦБ РФ полномочиями по установлению лимита при расчетах наличными

Минфин РФ поддерживает идею передачи Центробанку права устанавливать ограничения при расчетах наличными. Об этом сообщил министр финансов РФ Антон Силуанов по итогам заседания Правительства РФ.


   Соответствующий законопроект находится на рассмотрении в Госдуме. Ранее Минфин разработал поправки, которые с 1 января 2014 года ограничивали расчеты наличными сверх 600 000 рублей, с 1 января 2015 года лимит понижался до 300 000 рублей. Теперь финансовое ведомство согласно с тем, что предельную величину наличных расчетов должен устанавливать Банк России.

The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation supports idea of transfer to the right Central Bank to establish restrictions at calculations by cash. The Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Anton Siluanov has informed on it following the results of session of the Government of the Russian Federation. The corresponding bill is on consideration in the State Duma. Earlier the Ministry of Finance has developed amendments which since January, 1st, 2014 limited calculations by cash over 600 000 roubles, since January, 1st, 2015 the limit went down to 300 000 roubles. Now financial department agrees that limiting size of cash calculations should establish Bank of Russia.
