Госдума приняла в третьем чтении закон, который позволяет должникам с суммой задолженности менее 10 тыс. рублей выезжать за границу.
Судебный пристав вправе обратиться в суд с заявлением о введении для должника ограничения на выезд из РФ только для взыскания недоимки, превышающей указанную сумму.
При условии, что исполнительный документ выдан не на основании судебного акта или не является судебным актом, Соответствующие изменения внесены в Федеральный закон от 02.10.07 № 229−ФЗ.
