Госдума приняла постановление об экономической амнистии - The State Duma has accepted the decision about economic amnesty

4 июля в «Российской газете» будет опубликовано постановление об объявлении амнистии по экономическим преступлениям. Амнистия будет проведена в течение шести месяцев с момента выхода постановления. Предполагается, что в результате амнистии освободят от уголовной ответственности около 10 тыс. осужденных при условии выполнения ими обязательств по возврату имущества или возмещению убытков потерпевшим.

On July, 4th in «the Russian newspaper» the decision about the amnesty announcement on economic crimes will be published. Amnesty will be spent within six months from the moment of a decision exit. It is supposed that as a result of amnesty will release from a criminal liability about 10 thousand condemned under condition of performance of obligations by them on return of property or indemnification victim.
