С 30 июля налоговые органы будут направлять документы строго на юридические адреса организаций, обращают внимание специалисты УФНС России по Ленинградской области.

Дело в том, что с этой даты вступает в силу пункт 5 статьи 31 НК РФ (Федеральный закон от 28.06.2013 №134−ФЗ). В соответствии с новой нормой налоговые органы направляют налогоплательщику почтовую корреспонденцию строго по адресу, указанному в ЕГРЮЛ или ЕГРН.


       В этой связи представители регионального управления рекомендуют организациям внести изменения в ЕГРЮЛ, чтобы фактический адрес совпадал с юридическим и корреспонденция от налогового органа доходила до адресата.

Since July, 30th tax departments will direct documents strictly on legal addresses of the organisations, experts УФНС of Russia in Leningrad region pay attention. The matter is that from this date point 5 of article 31 НК the Russian Federation (the Federal law from 6/28/2013 №134−ФЗ) comes into force. According to new norm tax departments direct to the tax bearer post correspondence strictly to the address specified in ЕГРЮЛ or ЕГРН.

Thereupon representatives of regional government recommend to the organisations to make changes in ЕГРЮЛ that the actual address coincided with legal and the correspondence from tax department reached the addressee.
