Со 2 июля 2013 года вступает в силу приказ Минтруда России от 30.04.13 № 182н, которым утверждена новая форма справки о сумме заработной платы за два календарных года, предшествующих увольнению работника или обращению за справкой.

В справке теперь нужно отражать сведения о количестве календарных дней, приходящихся на периоды временной нетрудоспособности, отпуска по беременности и родам, отпуска по уходу за ребенком, а также периоды освобождения от работы, за которые на сохраняемый заработок не начислялись страховые взносы в ФСС.

Since July, 2nd, 2013 the order of Ministry of Labor of Russia № 182н by which the new form of the inquiry on the sum of a salary for two calendar years, previous dismissal of the worker or the reference behind the inquiry is confirmed comes into force from 30.04.13.

In the inquiry now it is necessary to reflect data on quantity of the calendar days having for the periods of time invalidity, holiday on pregnancy and sorts, holidays on care of the child, and also the periods of clearing of work for which on kept earnings insurance payments in ФСС were not charged.
